We are Crustacean Interactive, an indie studio fervently committed to crafting groundbreaking virtual reality games for the next generation of players.

History

Crustacean Interactive is Drew Mileham and Jordan London. The two met in early 2020 by sheer coincidence after Jordan stumbled upon a developer vlog for Project Deadzone, a physics-based multiplayer VR sandbox game that Drew had been developing with a small team of friends. The team worked on Deadzone (which was eventually renamed Immersion Sector) up until early 2022 when the team decided to disband. Since late 2020 Drew had been occasionally working on a VR survival game prototype he called "Strayed." Drew brought Jordan onboard the Strayed development team in late 2022. The two founded Crustacean Interactive LLC on September 22, 2023 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Strayed released into Early Access on Steam and Meta Applab on April 19, 2024. The game is actively in development.
