1. Acceptance
By using Strayed, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
Limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Cheating
- Reverse engineering
- Exploits
- Harassment
- Attempting to evade enforcement actions, including creating new accounts after a ban, is strictly prohibited.
4. Anti-Cheat & Monitoring
We may monitor gameplay behavior and technical data to detect cheating, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
5. Voice Moderation
We may use third-party services to monitor in-game voice communications for moderation purposes, including detecting:
- Harassment
- Slurs
- Threats
6. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion:
- Issue warnings
- Temporarily suspend access
- Permanently ban accounts
- Reset in-game progress or items
7. No Refunds
No refunds after enforcement.
8. Virtual Goods
All in-game items have no real-world value and are non-transferable.
9. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
We are not liable for any impact resulting from such changes.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
